Required Skills:

- Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent in product engineering, AI, and DataOps.

- Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.

- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience aligned with our innovation-driven culture.

- Lead employee engagement programs to drive motivation and retention.

- Champion a culture of total experience, design thinking, and NextGen workforce collaboration.

- Organize well-being programs, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and leadership development.

- Oversee performance management frameworks with structured feedback loops.

- Implement learning & development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.

- Work closely with leadership to establish career growth roadmaps for employees.

- Design and manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and retention strategies.

Required Skills:

- Experience with HRMS platforms (Zoho, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Bamboo HR, etc.

- Knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and workforce regulations.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic HR skills.

- Ability to thrive in an agile, high-growth, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications:

Experience: 12-15 years.

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
