We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to drive strategic HR initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Required Skills:
- Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent in product engineering, AI, and DataOps.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience aligned with our innovation-driven culture.
- Lead employee engagement programs to drive motivation and retention.
