Title : HR & Talent Acquisition Manager
Team : HR & TA
Purpose of Job Lead HR strategy and end-to-end Talent Acquisition to drive organizational growth, culture, and innovation.
Place of Work: In-Office - Bangalore
Job Type : Full Time
Experience :10 - 15 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement TA strategies to attract top talent in product engineering, GenAI, DataOps, and emerging technologies.
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build scalable recruitment pipelines.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management).
- Drive employer branding through events, partnerships, and digital platforms.
- Deliver a seamless onboarding and engagement experience aligned with company culture.
- Oversee performance management, structured reviews, and leadership development.
- Implement competitive compensation structures and retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, policies, and HR best practices.
- Leverage GenAI and HR analytics for smarter hiring and workforce planning.
- Deploy HRMS/ATS platforms (Zoho, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, etc.).
- Introduce automation and AI-led efficiencies across HR and TA functions.
Required Skills:
- Proven expertise in end-to-end Talent Acquisition for tech-driven organizations.
- Strong HR leadership across engagement, L&D, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with HRMS/ATS platforms and HR compliance in India.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, innovation-driven environments.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 - 15 years in HR and Talent Acquisition
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
