Service Delivery Project Manager
Description: A Project Delivery Manager for End User Services is responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services and support to end users & Enterprise Delivery. This role involves managing projects, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Excellent Knowledge on Project Delivery Cycle
- Team Coordination: Coordinate Internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Risk Management: Capabilities to Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and user experience.
- Resource Management: Identify and allocate resources required for projects, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Service Level Governance: Should have the Good experience to maintain the SLA, OLA and UPC.
- Service Improvement Plan: Should have good knowledge to identify the Gaps and arrive the improvement plan.
- Service Life Cycle: Excellent knowledge and exposure on Service Life Cycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT service management and project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as ITIL Compulsory and PMP or PRINCE2.
- Should have at least 7 years in Corporate Delivery and at least 2 delivery projects where End User volume minimum 7000.
- Excellent Communication Skill to present the reports to CTO.
