This is a senior leadership role wherein you will be responsible for the expansion of Leadership & OD business for InspireOne. This would involve designing complex, innovative, high-end, and customized Leadership and Organizational Development solutions. Alongside, you would be responsible for creating the business strategy as well as achieving both short term and long-term business goals for the practice. The role also involves developing the internal capability for selling and delivering the Leadership and OD solutions and facilitating workshops at senior level for the clients. The job holder should have the ability to network at the senior level, manage stakeholders in the client organization and leverage relationships by cross selling solutions for InspireOne.
