Position Overview:

- We are currently seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and sales function. This individual will play a strategic role in enhancing the company's brand presence, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market reach across various verticals and client portfolios.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading digital and offline marketing initiatives, supporting lead generation, driving business development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement successful go-to-market strategies.

- This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a balance of high-level planning and day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development & Implementation

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, go-to-market (GTM) plans, and integrated campaigns for products and services.

- Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, content strategy, social media, and performance marketing.

- Set and implement pricing strategies that ensure market competitiveness and profitability.

2. Business Development & Sales Enablement

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and customer segments across sectors and geographies.

- Collaborate with sales leadership to drive inbound and outbound lead generation efforts.

- Support client acquisition and retention strategies to meet sales targets.

3. Collateral Development & Brand Promotion

- Partner with creative and product teams to develop compelling promotional assets and sales collateral.

- Plan and oversee participation in industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities to boost brand visibility.

4. Budgeting & Marketing Analytics

- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, analyze ROI, and report performance metrics.

- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize spend across channels.

- Contribute to pricing models and business case development for new services.

5. Brand Management & Market Research

- Direct brand positioning strategies and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.

- Oversee PR, corporate communications, and thought leadership content development.

6. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and sales support team.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, operations, HR, and client success for cohesive execution.

- Drive an agile, performance-driven culture.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Up to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a preference for exposure to B2B or tech-driven environments.

- Proven track record in building marketing strategies, generating leads, and driving revenue growth.

- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
