Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist to join our team. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and support a broad range of HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, DEI, HR analytics, and resource allocation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams such as the Project Management Office (PMO) and Business Quality Assurance (BQA) to ensure effective talent utilization and support a positive employee experience across the entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Reward & Recognition:
- Design and manage reward programs (bonuses, salary reviews, incentives) that reinforce performance and engagement.
- Drive recognition initiatives such as awards, spotlights, and career growth opportunities to ensure employees feel valued.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to boost morale, communication, and collaboration between teams and leadership.
- Monitor engagement levels and drive efforts to foster a culture of inclusion and belonging.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal cycle including goal setting, feedback collection, and development planning.
- Partner with managers to identify high performers, underperformance trends, and training needs.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
- Oversee the full employee journey-from recruitment and onboarding to development, promotion, and exit.
- Ensure HR processes related to hiring, offboarding, compliance, and record-keeping are executed efficiently.
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
Learning & Development:
- Coordinate training programs and learning initiatives to enhance skills, compliance, and leadership capabilities.
- Track training effectiveness and contribute to building internal learning paths.
Workforce Planning & Resource Allocation:
- Work with PMO and BQA to assess project needs and align staffing resources accordingly.
- Maintain resource tracking systems and ensure optimal utilization of internal talent.
HR Analytics & KPI Tracking:
- Gather and analyze HR data to support decision-making related to performance, engagement, turnover, and productivity.
- Develop dashboards and reports to measure success of HR initiatives.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and create programs that foster a diverse and equitable workplace.
- Analyze DEI metrics and partner with leadership to advance inclusion strategies.
Succession Planning & Career Development:
- Identify critical roles and high-potential employees; support development plans and mentoring initiatives.
- Facilitate career pathing to encourage retention and long-term growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-2 years of HR experience, including internships or related roles in a generalist or multifunctional HR capacity
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employee lifecycle processes
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS and ATS tools
- Exposure to resource planning, L&D coordination, or HR analytics tools is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage
