Inspacco - Procurement Lead

Role & Responsibilities:

- End-to-end procurement - sourcing, partner development, contracts, and delivery

- Negotiate rates and agreements that balance cost and quality

- Forecast requirements and manage inventory levels

- Collaborate with Operations, Projects, and Finance teams to ensure smooth workflows

- Track market trends and suggest smarter buying strategies

- Maintain strong supplier/partner relationships for long-term growth

Skills Required:

- Strong negotiation & contract management abilities

- Good knowledge of procurement systems/ERP tools

- Experience in inventory management & demand forecasting

- Excellent partner relationship management skills

- Leadership qualities to guide and manage a team

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

Eligibility:

- Graduate in Supply Chain / Business / Engineering (Master's preferred)

- Min. 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain and partner management
