Role Summary:

- Revenue-focused role requiring ownership of the full sales lifecycle.

- The Business Development Manager will identify high-value prospects, build senior-level relationships, drive closures, and scale agency revenue across assigned verticals.

Core Responsibilities:

- Prospecting & Acquisition: Identify, map, and acquire prospective clients across industries.

- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

- Pipeline Ownership: Maintain a predictable pipeline; forecast revenue monthly and quarterly.

Requirements & Skills:

- Strong B2B sales experience; preference for Real Estate, Digital Agencies, or Real Estate Portals.

- Proven ability to sell performance marketing and retainer-based services.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising terminology.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to leverage an established professional network for business growth.
