Responsibilities:
Tender Evaluation & Strategy:
- Continuously monitor national and international tenders/RFPs related to GH2, NH3, green fuels, etc.
- Evaluate eligibility criteria, scope, technical requirements, financial models, and bid timelines.
- Prepare Go/No-Go recommendations and coordinate bid planning across departments.
Technical Ownership:
- Lead internal technical discussions and align cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, procurement, finance).
- Build and own conceptual designs, system configurations, and technical write-ups for proposals.
- Stay up-to-date with electrolysis technologies, ammonia synthesis, green fuel logistics, and storage methods.
Liaison & Engagement:
- Liaise with OEMs, technology providers, consultants, and external stakeholders to gather technical inputs and quotes.
- Represent InSolare in pre-bid meetings, industry roundtables, and policy forums, as applicable.
Documentation & Submission:
- Coordinate with relevant teams for timely, accurate, and compliant bid submissions.
- Prepare and review BOQs, technical datasheets, solution narratives, and risk assessments.
Strategy & Innovation:
- Contribute to internal strategy development for green molecules business.
- Identify partnerships, JV opportunities, and project development models in the hydrogen economy.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Deep domain expertise in green hydrogen, ammonia, and related clean energy value chains.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and execution-focused approach.
