Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze business objectives and translate them into actionable requirements and solutions
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Lead ongoing business process reviews and implement improvement strategies
- Work closely with finance, IT, and reporting teams to support forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Conduct requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder workshops
- Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, and reports
- Present insights, recommendations, and findings to stakeholders and senior management
- Stay updated with process, regulatory, and IT advancements to modernize systems
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and support negotiation and decision-making
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including clients, technical teams, and management
- Perform user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Manage projects, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion
- Mentor and guide junior analysts and team members
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and end users
Experience Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, consulting, or analytics environments
- Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI-driven reporting
- Hands-on exposure to business process analysis and system implementation projects
Skill Sets & Competencies:
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Clear understanding of business objectives and strategic alignment
- Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Knowledge of SQL and database management for data analysis
