Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing & Leadership
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Drive product positioning, brand awareness, lead generation, and market penetration plans.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals across digital, creative, and content roles.
- Own and manage the annual marketing calendar, budget planning, and ROI tracking.
- Digital Marketing & Performance
- Oversee digital campaigns across Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media, email, and retargeting platforms.
- Optimize digital funnel performance, cost per acquisition (CPA), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Manage marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) for actionable insights.
- Branding & Communications
- Build and reinforce brand identity through consistent messaging across platforms.
- Manage PR, media relationships, influencer collaborations, and agency partners.
- Ensure high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and presentations.
- Campaigns & GTM Strategy
- Plan and execute product/service launches in collaboration with sales and product teams.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
- CRM & Marketing Automation
- Manage lead nurturing workflows, email drip campaigns, and engagement scoring via CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).
- Support sales enablement with automated lead management and conversion insights.
Technical & Marketing Tools Expertise:
- Digital Advertising Platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- SEO/Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console
- CRM & Automation: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Marketo, Mailchimp
- Design & Content: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (for briefs/UI), Grammarly
- Project & Campaign Management: Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Notion
- Web & CMS Tools: WordPress, Webflow, HTML basics, UTM tracking, Tag Manager
- Social Media & ORM Tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in marketing with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in B2B/B2C marketing.
- Proven track record in driving measurable marketing impact and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
