Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leading, motivating, and managing the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Source new sales leads through outbound cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach within the defined set of target and must-have accounts.
- Diligently follow-up on leads and nurture them into opportunities
- Managing the calls pipeline, overseeing the qualification, follow-up, and generate meetings for sales hunters.
- Understand the key decision makers in the customer organization executive sponsor, technical buyers, economic buyers, and influencers to create a stakeholder mapping and communication plan for short-listed solutions and Competence building.
- Strong understanding of inside sales techniques, lead generation, and closing strategies.
- Experience in a B2B sales environment, particularly within the technology or services industry. Media, Entertainment and Communications
- Expertise in developing and executing successful sales campaigns.
