Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner & Business Development Executive with proven experience in driving partner acquisition, channel management, and business growth within technology-driven environments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong market understanding across networking, cybersecurity, and data centre solutions, along with solid relationship-building and negotiation skills. This role demands a proactive professional who can identify high-value opportunities, build strong partner ecosystems, and accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Acquisition:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential partners including technology providers, distributors, VARs, and system integrators.
- Develop and implement strategic partnership models to enhance market presence and product reach.
- Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements aligned with business goals and revenue objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner leadership teams to ensure long-term strategic alignment.
2. Business Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across networking, cybersecurity, and data centre industry segments.
- Continuously track market landscape, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and opportunity mapping.
- Work closely with internal product, marketing, and sales teams to align GTM (Go-to-Market) initiatives.
3. Channel Management:
- Manage and empower a network of channel partners to drive sales effectiveness and deal conversions.
- Develop and roll out channel programs, incentives, and enablement frameworks to maximize partner performance.
- Provide partners with product training, sales resources, and pre-sales support to ensure readiness and competency.
- Monitor partner KPIs, conduct quarterly business reviews, and provide actionable insights to enhance productivity.
- Address partner escalations and maintain high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development (preferably in IT/Networking/Cybersecurity domains).
- Strong understanding of B2B technology markets, distribution ecosystems, and partner-driven sales models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
