With a strong culture of performance and innovation, we are now looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives across global markets.

Role Overview:

As the Software Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the complete inside sales lifecycle - from lead generation to deal closure. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, nurturing key accounts, and building high-impact sales strategies in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic inside sales plans targeting domestic and international markets.

- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, pitch, negotiation, closure, and account onboarding.

- Manage and grow a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with broader company goals.

- Drive customer engagement and retention through exceptional relationship management and personalized solutions.

- Use CRM systems to track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and optimize lead conversion strategies.

- Train and mentor junior sales executives, contributing to a high-performance culture.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously refine the sales approach.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the Software / IT / SaaS / EdTech / Edutainment sector.

- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets across regions.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Deep expertise in B2B lead generation, account management, and consultative selling.

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital sales platforms.

- Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value and building lasting client relationships.

- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional collaborations in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).

Preferred Experience:

- Experience selling software solutions in the education technology or entertainment technology sectors.

- Exposure to international sales, especially in North America, EMEA, or APAC regions.
