
Your Responsibilities:
- Own lead conversion and revenue targets across B2C funnels.
- Build, train, and lead an inside sales team, scaling from a few representatives today to 10+ in the next phase.
- Design and implement data-driven sales playbooks that deliver predictable results.
- Track metrics, analyse conversion data, and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure consistency of messaging and customer experience.
- Champion the use of AI tools (CRM automations, lead scoring, personalised outreach) to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Coach, mentor, and upskill team members to create a culture of ownership, learning, and measurable impact.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 5-8 years of inside sales experience, ideally within early-stage or high-growth organisations.
- Proven track record of owning revenue targets and consistently exceeding them.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing sales teams of 10 or more.
- Strong command of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared or similar) and a data-led mindset.
- Passion for training, mentoring, and developing people as much as driving results.
- Curiosity and comfort with experimenting with AI-driven tools to boost performance.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
