About the Role


We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales (GTM) professional to join our dynamic team, supporting one of our leading clients in the Healthcare and RCM domain. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.

This role is critical in driving growth by developing go-to-market strategies, engaging with potential clients, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute inside sales and business development activities to achieve revenue targets.

- Identify potential clients and establish strong, consultative relationships within the healthcare and RCM ecosystem.

- Partner with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies.

- Conduct effective client presentations, product discussions, and proposal follow-ups to support business conversion.

- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement and timely follow-through on opportunities.

- Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and client feedback to enhance sales effectiveness.

- Represent the organization in a professional manner that reflects integrity and a deep understanding of client needs.

Required Skills & Expertise

- 6-10 years of experience in Inside Sales, GTM, or Business Development, preferably within the Healthcare / RCM domain.

- Strong understanding of RCM services, healthcare operations, or BPO processes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record of client relationship management and achieving measurable sales results.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented professional.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
