Job description Position: Inside Sales Lead Holistic Progress Card (HPC) Contract: Full-time Location: India (Remote or Hybrid) WHAT YOULL DO Product Demos & Consultative Selling - Deliver high-impact, customized product demos (online and hybrid). - Understand school-specific needs and position HPC as the right-fit solution. - Convert scheduled demos into compelling, need-based presentations. Sales Funnel Management - Own the entire sales cycle: demo proposal close. - Tailor proposals and follow-up messaging based on school priorities, pain points and budget cycles. - Run disciplined follow-ups via emails, WhatsApp and calls. Collaboration for Closures - Work closely with founders, field sales teams and partners to close deals. - Collaborate with marketing and CS teams to improve pitch decks, objection handling and conversion journeys. Tracking & Optimization - Manage funnel tracking, conversion metrics, and reporting. - Continuously improve conversion rates through data-driven insights. Team Building & Growth - Eventually, hire and lead a small team of Inside Sales Executives as we scale. ABOUT YOU - 510 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B/B2C consultative selling (EdTech, SaaS, healthcare or similar). - Proven record of converting qualified leads into paying customers. - Great communication in English and at least one Indian language. - Ability to think on your feet, read people and handle objections. - Process-driven: keeps CRM up to date, tracks metrics and owns the funnel. - Strong bias for action proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven. - Takes initiative on follow-ups and drives deals to closure. - Experience in the school ecosystem or education sales is preferred, but not essential. - Experience building and leading an inside sales team. - Hustler mindset thrives in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
