Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute Human Capital Consulting Assignments - Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, workforce challenges, and organizational structures. - Implement tailored human capital solutions, including talent management , workforce planning, organizational design, and change management. - Conduct employee engagement surveys, leadership assessments, competency modeling, and performance management system reviews. - Monitor project progress, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, value-added services. 2. Research, Analysis, and Presentation - Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in human capital and organizational development. - Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights. - Develop data-driven reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytics tools. - Present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders in a clear, structured, and persuasive manner. - Support the development of thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, and case studies. 3. Business Development Support - Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities through market analysis and lead generation. - Contribute to the development of proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs and objectives. - Support relationship management with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups. - Collaborate with senior consultants and partners to develop go-to-market strategies and value propositions. - Maintain CRM systems, track sales activities, and help coordinate client meetings and events. - Help design marketing collateral and support the organization's visibility through conferences, webinars, and other platforms. Desired Skills & Experience: - MBA + 0-5 yrs of experience in line HR and/or consulting Candidate Profile: A self starter and team player who is impact oriented with the enthusiasm & learning orientation.
