
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales Consultant with expertise in Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate customer requirements into effective solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with sales, technology teams, and global clients to drive presales activities, deliver product demonstrations, and create compelling proposals that align with customer business objectives.

Experience: 3-6 years in presales, technical consulting, or cloud solutioning
Key Responsibilities
Presales & Solutioning:
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the presales process for Cloud solutions (Azure/AWS).
- Work closely with solution architects to design and propose customer-centric solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Understand customer business problems and translate them into tailored cloud solutions.
- Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
Sales Collaboration & Customer Engagement:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Deliver engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals to potential customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Provide subject matter expertise during customer calls, meetings, and workshops.
Content & Knowledge Management:
- Contribute to the development of marketing and presales collateral, including white papers, case studies, and presentations.
- Assist in creating and delivering sales training and enablement programs for internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging Cloud technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Technical Expertise & Collaboration:
- Understand and leverage engineering principles (CS, IT, Electronics) or IT-related degrees (BCA, MCA, MBA in IT).
- Provide guidance and technical inputs to both internal teams and clients during presales engagements.
- Act as a bridge between sales, technical teams, and clients to ensure solution feasibility and successful delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CS, IT, Electronics) or IT-related degrees (BCA, MCA, MBA in IT).
- Experience: 3-6 years in presales, technical consulting, or cloud solutioning.
- Strong expertise in Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical -solutions.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and with global clients.
- Strong documentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and competitive Cloud offerings.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, solution architects, and technical teams.
