- We are looking for a strategic and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our business units in driving people-focused initiatives that align with organizational goals.


- The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and talent strategies. The ideal candidate will combine strong HR knowledge with excellent interpersonal skills, business acumen, and data-driven insights to support the growth and success of the organization.

Experience Required: 4-5 years in HR, preferably in a business partner role

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Business Partnership:

- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR matters that support business objectives.

- Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs and implement HR initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and retention.

- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights to management.

Employee Relations & Performance Management:

- Support managers in handling employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.

- Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development, motivation, and performance improvement.

HR Policies & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.

- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Support HR audits, compliance reporting, and documentation.

Talent Management & Development:

- Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps, succession planning needs, and career development opportunities.

- Assist in talent acquisition planning and onboarding strategies in collaboration with recruitment teams.

- Support learning and development initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities.

HR Systems & Reporting:

- Maintain HR data accuracy in HR software and internal systems.

- Generate HR reports and dashboards for leadership with actionable insights.

- Utilize HR technology and tools to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner or strategic HR role.

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Proven ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and present insights to leadership.

- Experience managing employee relations, performance management, and talent development processes.

- Proficiency in HR software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
