
HR Business Partner
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. As an HRBP, you will play a key role in aligning business objectives with people strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, driving HR initiatives across employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and provide HR guidance that aligns with overall business objectives.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through effective diagnosis, intervention, and resolution.
- Support and guide the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Interpret and apply HR policies, practices, and labor laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop workforce plans, talent strategies, and succession planning.
- Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, make recommendations, and support business decisions.
- Conduct investigations related to employee concerns, disciplinary actions, or grievances.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support change management efforts.
- Deliver training and development programs in coordination with the L&D team.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a business partner or generalist capacity.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present to leadership teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
