About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team, specializing in the enterprise and BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) verticals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing deals, developing strategic sales pipelines, and managing key accounts to drive business growth. This role demands strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with C level executives.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies to successfully launch and promote products, with a focus on BFSI sectors.

- Leverage industry knowledge to recommend and implement solutions that address specific

client needs and challenges.

- Manage and grow key enterprise accounts by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives within managed accounts to facilitate strategic sales initiatives.


- Proactively build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently closing deals and achieving

sales targets.

- Create and execute comprehensive Account Business Plans (ABPs) incorporating both transactional and strategic actions to enhance the companys market presence and share within accounts.

- Conduct detailed discovery sessions with clients to understand their primary use cases, utilization patterns, and business challenges.

- Oversee the complete post-sales lifecycle, including client onboarding, adoption, and expansion within accounts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Channel, Presales, Marketing, Professional Services, Product, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of client queries and seamless service delivery.

- Take overall responsibility for account and service delivery outcomes, including financial performance and resource management.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders beyond account boundaries to meet revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.

- Monitor sales trends and market dynamics continuously and incorporate insights into account strategies.

- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and follow up with prospects to ensure alignment with company strategic objectives.

- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably within enterprise or BFSI verticals.

- MBA degree is mandatory.

- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

- Strong expertise in account management, sales pipeline development, and strategic sales planning.

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives.

- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in planning and execution.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
