About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3 years of proven experience in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting technology-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Work with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, project managers) to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Assist in preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Consulting/Services domain.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, or similar BA tools.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
