We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead key initiatives across our product portfolio. This role involves managing Agile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the development and execution of product strategies align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a background in product ownership, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive the product lifecycle from concept to delivery. Roles and Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product progress and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. - Take full responsibility for product/project performance, monitoring, and reporting of product/module/application status to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product-related inquiries, working with development, research, and support teams to resolve issues. - Assist and update executive management with detailed plans and status reports, aligning product development with promotional and sales initiatives. - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, and actionable items for development teams. - Manage and oversee product/module/application requirements, ensuring successful development and implementation. - Act as a liaison between product owners, business development, support, development, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and sales teams to achieve business goals. - Conduct Agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. - Ensure alignment and clear communication between stakeholders and teams throughout the product lifecycle. - Use data-driven decision-making to enhance the product roadmap and prioritize features for maximum business impact. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify growth opportunities. Skills and Qualifications: - 8-10 years of experience in product ownership or management, with a strong background in Agile project management. - Prior experience in the finance domain is preferred. - Proven ability to manage Agile projects in a product-focused environment. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present to stakeholders. - Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
