The company is anchored on digital, retail transactions - a large, complex, rapidly changing space that represents a huge opportunity for consumer ecosystems: a. The worldwide digital transactions market is 100 Tn$, conventionally built around the card payments ecosystem. The Indian market, though with lower penetration and usage, is still a significant 1 Tn$ and rapidly growing. b. There are powerful tailwinds in terms of technological developments, regulatory simplifications and fundamental consumer trends. Chief Business Officer Role / Deliveries : 1. The position : - Heading the partner ecosystem for attracting and onboarding new partners and helping them distribute their payments and lending services through Innoviti's platform. - Taking overall responsibility for revenue and profitability of the same - Customer acquisition, retention, growth and business operations functions would be reporting to this role 2. Duties/Activities/Interactions : 1. Understand the underlying levers of Innoviti's business and their interdependencies to bring predictability and consistency in the business 2. Develop a risk framework for the business and monitor the key risk indices actively to mitigate the same. 3. Understand the business plan, teams, the market and align KPIs to drive the end goals. - Understand available people &amp; processes. Align them with business goals - Identify areas of improvement in teams and processes and take necessary initiatives to bridge these gaps for delivery to long-term strategy. - Constantly look at opportunities to remove human errors and reduce cost in the processes through automation. 4. Constantly monitor and correct the strategy and plans to ensure that the business is aligned with the company vision and strategy. 5. Continuously looking to establish a strong brand for the organization in every interaction with the industry. 6. Constantly influence the market through participation in industry forums and market events to ensure positive brand recall. 7. Constantly provide feedback to Technology, Product Management and Marketing departments to drive future roadmap. 8. Provide regular reporting to the leadership team on progress against the business plan, risks and support required. 9. Keep the business relevant &amp; ahead of market by constantly interpreting customer, market &amp; technology trends and providing feedback to the leadership team.
