Role Overview:

As the Facility Management Head based in Kolkata, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, maintenance, and administration for Innovel Energy Services' client sites within the region. This pivotal role involves managing a team of facility professionals, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your leadership will directly impact client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall profitability of the facility management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage the annual facility management budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Lead and mentor a team of facility managers and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track facility performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to facility management, health, safety, and environmental protection.

- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality service delivery.

- Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs and enhance the sustainability of client facilities.

- Prepare and present regular reports on facility performance, budget status, and client satisfaction to senior management.
