Innovations Investment Management - Product Head - Business Development

About the job:

Innovations Investment Management Pvt. Ltd., the family office of Mr. S.D.Shibulal and family was incorporated in FY 2005-06.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional with 15+ years of experience in ERP Product Development and Commercialization to lead the strategy, development, and business growth of our in-house ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the product vision, roadmap, and commercialization strategy for the ERP platform.

- Drive product enhancements across HR, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Travel, and other enterprise modules.

- Lead go-to-market initiatives, pricing strategy, and product positioning.

- Support enterprise sales through product demonstrations, solutioning, and client engagements.

- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to accelerate market expansion.

- Collaborate with engineering, implementation, and customer success teams to deliver scalable and customer-centric solutions.

- Track product performance, customer adoption, and revenue growth while driving continuous innovation.

Preferred Profile:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or MBA.

- 15+ years of experience in ERP/Product Management or Enterprise Software.

- Strong understanding of SaaS products, product lifecycle management, and enterprise business processes.

- Proven experience in product strategy, business development, and cross-functional leadership.

- Excellent stakeholder management, client-facing, and solutioning skills with a strategic mindset.
