The Role:

As an Engineering Manager - Full Stack, you will lead and mentor engineering teams building scalable enterprise SaaS applications. You will work closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions and ensure predictable, reliable delivery.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Lead Teams & Delivery:

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers and technical leads.

- Own delivery of product roadmap initiatives with strong execution and quality.

- Drive effective engineering practices across planning, development, code reviews, and releases.

Drive Architecture & Engineering Excellence:

- Design and evolve scalable applications using MERN/MEAN technologies.

- Provide technical leadership across React.js/Angular, Node.js, APIs, microservices, and databases.

- Drive best practices around performance, security, scalability, testing, and maintainability.

- Partner with QA and DevOps to strengthen CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and production reliability.

Partner Cross-Functionally:

- Collaborate with Product and Architecture teams to define technical solutions and roadmaps.

- Communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, and technical decisions to stakeholders.

- Ensure engineering outcomes align with customer and business objectives.

What You Bring to the Team:

- 9 - 14 years of software engineering experience with strong engineering leadership/management experience.

- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams.

- Strong expertise in React.js/Angular, Node.js, and MERN/MEAN stack development.

- Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.

- Experience delivering enterprise-grade SaaS products using Agile and DevOps practices.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Success in the Role:

- Within the first 90 - 180 days, you will be expected to:

1. Improve delivery predictability and engineering productivity.

2. Strengthen code quality, automated testing, and release reliability.

3. Drive key architecture and technical-debt initiatives.

4. Build a strong culture of ownership, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
