A Day in the Life - Develop, implement, and maintain people experience policies and procedures in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. - Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns from employees and managers. - Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing employee relations issues. - Support managers in the development and implementation of performance management plans. - Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices and present recommendations to HR managers and business leaders. - Prepare and deliver engaging business presentations related to HR policies, procedures, and best practices. - Maintain accurate employee records and assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics. - Contribute to the development and execution of HR projects and initiatives What You Need - Master's degree in Human Resources or related field. - 3-7 years of experience in an HR-related role with a focus on HR policies, procedures, HR Projects, and business presentations. - Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. - Exceptional presentation and communication skills with strong business acumen. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Experience in project management with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks. - Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
