Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management Shift-2 PM-11 PM IST About the Opportunity: Innova Solutions is seeking Experienced Fusion PPM-Projects Portfolio Management, Project Costing, and Project Billing resource, to join our Business Transformation (BTO) organization. This organization maintains a deep understanding of all our offerings and capabilities including all Frameworks, Accelerators, Service Offerings and Solutions. This organization ensures and provides SME support for all high visibility customer facing activities and proposal solutions. This organization provides industry expertise, develops solutions and technical demonstrations. Duties and Responsibilities: - Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules, including Project Planning and Control, Project Financial Management, Project Resource Management, and Project Collaboration. - Customize Oracle Fusion PPM solutions to align with Innova requirements, including configuring system settings, workflows, and business processes. - Develop technical design solution documentation and integrations to extend the functionality of Oracle Fusion PPM modules. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation process. - Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of Oracle Fusion PPM solutions. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during implementation, integration, and post-implementation phases. Qualifications: Degree: UG: Any Graduate, PG: Any Postgraduate Years of Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Fusion Projects Portfolio Management, Project Costing, and Project Billing. Required Skills/Certifications: - Should have end-to-end experience in minimum of 4+ implementations. - Should be able to independently handle solution workshops, requirement discussions, process documentation, fit -gap analysis, functional specifications, system configuration, test scripts, system testing etc. - Should have involved in global design, organization structuring, CRP execution and solution finalization. - Should have involved with minimum 2+ other solution leads from tracks such as Finance, SCM, HCM, etc. - Should be involved with technical teams for building custom solutions (Reports, Integrations, etc.). - Should be well versed in Oracle Unified Methodology and ability to drive the solution. - Should have good communication and presentation skills and be able to interact with business users directly. - Should be available at / able to travel to onsite.
