
Were looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of AI-driven content projects at scale.
Youll oversee the end-to-end execution of operations, manage cross-functional teams, ensure quality and timely delivery, and drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs; drive performance tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Manage project transitions, deployments, and change requests in partnership with client and internal stakeholders.
- Coach team leads and content reviewers to ensure quality, consistency, and productivity.
- Coordinate with training, quality, and support teams to optimize delivery processes.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Support workforce planning, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of project delivery models and performance metrics.
- Proven experience in people management and client communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with global stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI/ML content pipelines or moderation workflows is a plus.
