Business Development Specialist

Location: Coimbatore

Roles and responsibilities:

- Good Understanding of all product and service offerings of the company

- Experience in Sales cycle from international leads generation to negotiations, deal closure.

- Prior experience in Building out and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads and potential new business, Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, cold calling, email marketing.

- Actively seek and conduct meetings, deliver presentations with potential clients on phone/web and face to face

- Achieve monthly / quarterly goals

- Experience in B2B/Business generation and leads through Linkedin, Linkedin Sales Navigator or any data platforms like Zoom Info, Lusha, Apollo.io similar portals

- Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels

- Experience in attending conferences, campaigns and networking events

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2 to 7 years of experience in IT Service Sales

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with receptive listening skills

- Excellent knowledge in Sales and marketing

- Persistent willingness to perform well

- Be a self-starter and pro-active; identify and act on opportunities for improvement
