We are now seeking a dynamic PR professional to elevate the brand visibility and media presence of Innervex and our clients across both digital and traditional media platforms.


Role Overview:


- You will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies, managing media relations, crafting high-impact content, securing media coverage, and strengthening brand positioning. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external media partners to amplify stories that matter.


Key Responsibilities:


Media Relations & Strategy:


- Develop tailored PR strategies and communication plans for diverse industry clients.


- Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, influencers, and media houses.


- Monitor media trends, competitor activity, and emerging industry developments.


Content Creation:


- Write engaging press releases, media notes, authored articles, speeches, and thought-leadership pieces.


- Create high-quality narratives aligned with brand guidelines and communication goals.


Media Outreach & Execution:


- Pitch compelling stories to print, digital, and broadcast media to secure impactful coverage.


- Manage and execute PR activities including press conferences, media interactions, product launches, and events.


- Handle crisis communication in coordination with senior leadership when required.


Reporting & Coordination:


- Maintain PR reports, coverage trackers, and media performance dashboards.


- Collaborate with creative, content, design, and social media teams to amplify brand messaging.


Who You Are:


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


- Strong storytelling ability with a creative and strategic mindset.


- Confident networker with strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.


- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency setting.


- Passionate about media, branding, and communication.


Experience Required:


- Agency experience preferred but not mandatory.


- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and enthusiasm for PR are encouraged to apply.


Must-Have Skills:


- Press release and media content writing


- Media relationship management


- Event coordination and communication planning


- Knowledge of coverage tracking & reporting tools
