Job Summary:

inMorphis is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).

The role involves leading end-to-end implementations, designing scalable enterprise solutions, translating business and regulatory requirements into technical architectures, and providing architectural leadership across enterprise engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations, including solution architecture, design, configuration, and deployment.

- Design scalable solutions aligned with business objectives, risk management requirements, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks.

- Implement and optimize ServiceNow GRC/IRM capabilities, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).

- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with clients, business stakeholders, risk teams, and compliance teams.

- Translate business requirements into technical architecture, workflows, data models, integrations, and platform configurations.

- Provide technical leadership across solution design, development, integrations, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow architecture standards, security guidelines, platform best practices, and implementation methodologies.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, project managers, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Review technical designs, guide development teams, resolve complex technical challenges, and manage architectural risks.

- Support solution demonstrations, technical estimations, client presentations, and presales activities as required.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure solutions remain scalable, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with substantial experience in ServiceNow implementation and solution architecture.

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Technical Architect, specifically in GRC/IRM implementations.

- Strong track record of delivering end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM projects from requirements gathering through deployment and go-live.

- Deep understanding of GRC/IRM capabilities, risk frameworks, compliance processes, audit workflows, policy management, and third-party risk management.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, Flow Designer, integrations, APIs, scripting, data models, and security controls.

- Ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Experience leading technical teams and managing enterprise implementation engagements.

- Excellent client-facing, consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

- Experience with enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, audit, and third-party risk management programs.

- Exposure to ServiceNow platform upgrades, enterprise integrations, and large-scale digital transformation projects.
