Understand InMobi business and talent context, to evaluate the prevalent rewards trends ( cash and equity) across geographies.   - Work with data from various sources (internal and external) to make recommendations for current talent compensation positioning, new hire salaries, etc.  - Participate in global compensation surveys and analyze resulting data to determine the company's overall competitive position as well as the competitive position for individual jobs.  - Develop cash and equity budgets in line with organization costs and business results while participating in the annual review cycle.  - Collaborate with talent acquisition, HRBPs, and business leaders; mentor them on the rewards philosophy, help resolve talent concerns and create solutions to solve business problems.  - Administer the overall people cost plan for the company; support in creating measures and models to assess productivity for business ROI  - Administer the company's stock plan; monitor stock pool availability, report utilization, prepare numbers for allocation.  - Prepare reports and provide analytical support for ongoing activities, plans, and programs with internal or external stakeholders.  - Conduct regular quality audits (processes, data quality etc.) on rewards programs & suggest ways to enhance speed and efficiency in delivery of rewards  - This role will report to Head - Rewards & People Operations.  What are we looking for :   - A great match to our value system.
