About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead solution design, technical strategy, and customer-facing architecture initiatives for our growing organization in Ahmedabad, India. We are looking for a highly capable technology leader with strong business acumen, deep enterprise software expertise, and a proven track record of designing and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, trusted advisor, and hands-on architect who can bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with customer needs. This role requires someone who can translate complex business requirements into well-defined technical architectures, evaluate solution alternatives, identify risks and dependencies, and guide teams toward successful implementation. You will play a critical role in enabling organizational growth by partnering with customers, sales, product, and engineering teams to define solution strategies that drive business value and customer success.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Process & Workflow Expertise :

- Strong ability to analyze, understand, and optimize complex business processes across multiple functional areas.

- Experience translating business requirements into scalable, efficient, and sustainable technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Capable of identifying process gaps, recommending improvements, and designing solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Customer-Facing Consulting Experience :

- Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers to understand business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements.

- Skilled in leading discovery workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, solution demonstrations, and architectural discussions.

- Ability to build credibility and trust with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams while serving as a strategic technology advisor.

Business-to-Technical Translation :

- Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between customer requirements, business objectives, product strategy, and engineering execution.

- Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications, solution architectures, and implementation roadmaps.

- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Integration & Platform Expertise :

- Deep understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, web services, Single Sign-On (SSO), identity management, workflow automation, and data synchronization.

- Experience integrating SaaS platforms with ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial systems, and other enterprise applications.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, interoperability standards, and platform ecosystems.

Enterprise Solution Architecture & Design :

- Extensive experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions, including application architecture, integration patterns, APIs, data flows, security frameworks, and scalable system designs.

- Ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs and recommend solutions that balance scalability, maintainability, performance, security, and business requirements.

- Experience creating architecture diagrams, technical documentation, solution blueprints, and implementation strategies for enterprise customers.

Technical Leadership & Solution Ownership :

- Provide architectural guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, from pre-sales engagement and solution design through implementation and production deployment.

- Drive architectural best practices, technology standards, and design governance across customer implementations.

- Act as the primary technical authority for complex customer engagements and strategic initiatives.

Enterprise Software & SaaS Experience :

- Significant experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, workflow systems, insurance technology, fintech, healthcare technology, ERP systems, or similar enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud technologies, integration frameworks, and enterprise software delivery methodologies.
