Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Marketing expert to lead our product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and demand generation efforts. This role is critical in translating complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with target audiences. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and demand generation teams to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B marketing, deep understanding of buyer journeys, and a hands-on approach to campaign execution particularly in the US market

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that clearly articulate product value and differentiation in the market


- Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape


- Translate technical product features into compelling customer-centric value propositions and marketing narratives


- Create and manage high-impact product marketing assets, including case studies, product collateral, battle cards, presentations, and website content


- Drive launch strategies for new product features or releases, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer teams


- Partner with demand generation teams to create campaigns that align with buyer personas, pain points, and key use cases


- Use market research, customer feedback, and data analytics to inform positioning and continuously improve messaging and campaign effectiveness


- Support the shift from outbound to inbound marketing by contributing strategic content and messaging frameworks for SEO, SEM, and social campaigns


- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline content creation and accelerate time-to-market for product-related assets

Required Skills and Experience:

- 7-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with proven success in demand generation


- Experience working with US markets and global teams


- Strong knowledge of content strategy, funnel marketing, and digital campaign execution with decent understanding of SEO, SEM.


- Comfortable using modern marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEM tools, CMS platforms)


- Hands-on and strategic: can build campaigns from scratch and guide execution


- Proactive, analytical, and results-driven with strong communication skills


- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation or marketing optimization

Educational Requirements:

- A bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required
