Inhouse Counsel - Employment Law - LLB

Seeking a seasoned legal professional with at least 8 yrs with strong law firm and/or in-house counsel experience, ideally in multinational environments.

The role requires deep expertise in Indian employment and labor laws, regulatory compliance, litigation/arbitration exposure, and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal solutions.

- The candidate should be skilled in managing multiple cross-border matters, collaborating with external counsel, monitoring regulatory developments, and implementing effective legal processes.

- Strong communication, judgment, and relationship-building abilities, coupled with organizational excellence and the capacity to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced settings, are essential.
