Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) with 3-5 years of strong exposure to investment banking. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead a team, work independently, and drive equity capital market transactions end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

- Comply with regulatory compliance, due diligence, and documentation related to equity capital market transactions.

- Collectively guide junior team members to foster growth and high-quality delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Excellent communication, and client relationship management skills

- Ability to work independently and under pressure on multiple deals simultaneously.

Educational qualification: Qualified CA/CS/lawyer
