Role Overview:

As an Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager based in Bangalore, you will serve as the strategic bridge between complex IT infrastructure operations and business objectives. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure services, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability for our enterprise-grade environments. Day-to-day, you will lead cross-functional technical teams, manage critical stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. By aligning technical roadmaps with business goals, you ensure that our IT ecosystem remains resilient, secure, and capable of supporting rapid organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure services to ensure seamless operational continuity and alignment with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Manage complex stakeholder relationships by providing transparent reporting on service performance, risk mitigation, and infrastructure health to drive informed decision-making.

- Oversee IT operations and project management lifecycles, ensuring that infrastructure upgrades and migrations are executed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

- Implement robust ITIL-based processes to standardize incident, problem, and change management, thereby reducing downtime and enhancing service reliability.

- Mentor and guide technical teams to foster a culture of high performance, technical excellence, and proactive problem-solving across the infrastructure landscape.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep expertise in managing large-scale IT infrastructure services, including cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, with a proven track record of maintaining high system availability.
