Description:

Minimum Qualifications:

- Full-time regular Masters degree in a relevant discipline

Experience:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in infrastructure planning, project implementation, and project management

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee infrastructure projects from initiation to completion

- Ensure projects are executed as per approved scope, schedule, and quality standards

- Monitor construction activities and resolve technical and operational issues

Leadership & Team Coordination:

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors

- Provide guidance to team members to ensure efficient task execution

- Foster collaboration among stakeholders to meet project objectives

Budget & Resource Management:

- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control

- Optimize utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment

- Ensure compliance with approved financial plans and procurement norms

Monitoring, Risk & Quality Management:

- Use project management tools and construction monitoring systems to track progress

- Identify project risks, technical challenges, and potential delays

- Implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and quality standards

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:

- Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and review notes

- Communicate effectively with senior management, government agencies, and external stakeholders

- Support audits, inspections, and project reviews as required

Skills & Competencies:

Technical & Professional Skills:

- Strong knowledge of infrastructure development and civil engineering principles

- Proficiency in project management and construction monitoring tools

- Experience in team leadership and budget management

- Strong analytical and risk management capabilities

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong documentation and reporting abilities

- Effective stakeholder coordination and negotiation skills

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience working on large-scale public infrastructure or government projects

- Familiarity with regulatory approvals, safety standards, and quality compliance

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
