Experience and Requirements:

- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments and a proven track record of multi-location project execution.

- Experience working with government authorities and industrial development bodies.

- Experience managing large CapEx projects and leading cross-functional and site-based teams.

- Exposure to greenfield and brownfield expansions across India.

- Willingness to travel extensively across locations and the ability to operate in high-growth and dynamic environments.

- Strong understanding of local and regional regulatory nuances and high standards of compliance and governance.

- Ability to represent the Group with external authorities and comfort with ambiguity and evolving business needs.
