We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving/exceeding sales quotas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B sales process, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successful sales in a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and developing strategic relationships with the Channel partners of Gurgaon market in residential project of Dwarka Expressway.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate companys project to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals that are compelling and tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms of agreement & ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies and channel partners.
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, pre-sales, post-sales) to ensure alignment and enhance sales efforts.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Real estate industry, Hospitality, Aviation.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software e.g., Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel within the defined territory within Delhi NCR primarily Gurgaon.
Must have his/her own personal vehicle for traveling.
