Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Faridabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for mentoring junior sales staff and collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Strong Sales Management and Sales Strategy skills
- Experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and contract negotiation
- Ability to mentor and support junior sales staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the real estate market or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
