- Passionate about technology & emerging technology and industry trends

- Ability to solve problems at rapid speed and complete POCs and engineering experiments and ideate new offerings

- Proficient in architecting modern, multi-tier, multi-tenant applications and full stack technologies

- Proficient in Agile, TDD, Tools, Engineering best practices, Containers

- Learnability

- Own and implement features E2E independently

- Perform code reviews

- Mentor junior team members

- Take bottom line accountability of product architecture, quality and performance
