Role Overview:

As a Gen AI Senior Lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced generative AI solutions that address complex business challenges for our global clientele. You will act as a bridge between cutting-edge research and practical enterprise application, collaborating with cross-functional teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into scalable AI architectures. Your work will directly influence how our clients leverage large language models and foundation models to enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and maintain a competitive edge in their respective markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI solutions, including LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering, to solve specific client business problems.

- Lead technical workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for AI integration within existing enterprise ecosystems.

- Oversee the development lifecycle of AI models, ensuring rigorous testing, ethical alignment, and performance optimization before production deployment.

- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation within the AI practice.

- Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to define project roadmaps, ensuring that AI initiatives align with long-term organizational goals and ROI expectations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying Generative AI models and LLMs using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.

- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning libraries, coupled with a solid understanding of cloud-native AI services on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced, high-stakes project environments.

- A Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, reflecting a strong foundation in machine learning and statistical modeling.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a track record of leading distributed teams and managing client relationships effectively in a hybrid work environment.
