Role Overview:

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will serve as a functional bridge between complex business financial requirements and robust technical solutions. You will engage directly with global stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize financial processes within the SAP ecosystem. Your day-to-day involves troubleshooting critical system issues, leading implementation phases, and ensuring that financial reporting and controlling structures align with organizational goals. By driving the adoption of S/4 HANA, you will directly influence the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize SAP FI and CO modules to meet specific client business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP functional areas.

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, managing the lifecycle from blueprinting and realization to final deployment and hyper-care support.

- Analyze complex financial business processes to identify gaps and propose scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

- Provide expert-level support for SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments, resolving incidents and performing root cause analysis to minimize system downtime.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical developers to translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs.

- Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training on new financial processes and system functionalities.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing) modules.

- Proven ability to manage full-cycle SAP implementations and provide ongoing support in both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments.

- Strong analytical mindset to interpret complex financial data and map it accurately into SAP system architecture.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical financial solutions to non-technical stakeholders and senior management.

- Professional experience ranging from 5 to 9 years in SAP FICO consulting roles, preferably within a large-scale consulting or enterprise environment.

- Ability to work effectively in a distributed, multi-location team environment, demonstrating high adaptability to remote or hybrid work setups.

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, complemented by a deep understanding of global financial reporting standards.
