- Experience supporting product adoption, change management or business readiness.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, Data, Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years in product analysis, business analysis, Supply Chain digital solutions or enterprise delivery.
- Proven experience translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and supporting product delivery in a complex organisation.
- Relevant business analysis, Agile, product management, data analytics or Supply Chain certification is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:1. End-user understanding and business analysis:- Build a strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, user journeys, pain points and expected business outcomes.
- Engage end users and business stakeholders through interviews, workshops, observations and feedback sessions.
- Translate business needs into clear problem statements, use cases, process requirements and product requirements.
- Document current and target processes, business rules, dependencies and impacts where relevant.
- Ensure that requirements are traceable to agreed business value and user outcomes.
2. Requirement gathering, refinement and prioritisation:- Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather, structure, validate and prioritise requirements.
- Create and maintain product requirements, user stories, functional specifications and supporting documentation.
- Support backlog refinement by clarifying scope, assumptions, dependencies, constraints and expected outcomes.
- Help define and refine acceptance criteria so requirements are testable, complete and ready for delivery.
- Assess change requests and support analysis of business value, urgency, effort, risk and impact.
3. Product communication and stakeholder alignment:- Help the Product Owner communicate the product vision, business needs, priorities and expected benefits in language understood by all stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between Supply Chain users, product management, solution architects, data teams, developers, testers and delivery partners.
- Prepare clear materials for decision-making, refinement sessions, governance forums, demonstrations and user engagement.
- Maintain stakeholder alignment on scope, priorities, decisions and changes.
- Support communication with stakeholders to deepen understanding of their needs, concerns and expectations.
4. Data analysis and insight generation:- Collect, validate and analyse relevant product, process and user data to support product decisions.
- Identify patterns, trends, correlations, exceptions and root causes that can inform product strategy and prioritisation.
- Define and monitor product indicators in collaboration with the Product Owner and business stakeholders.
- Translate analysis into concise insights, recommendations and improvement opportunities.
- Support data quality assessment and clarify analytical definitions and business rules used by the product.
5. Delivery, testing and release readiness:- Support delivery teams throughout solution design, build and configuration by clarifying requirements and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with testing and business teams to define test scenarios and support functional validation and user acceptance testing.
- Validate delivered functionality against agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Support demonstrations, release readiness, user documentation and handover activities.
- Capture defects, gaps and enhancement opportunities and help prioritise the required follow-up.
6. Risk, dependency and change management:- Support the Product Owner in identifying, assessing and mitigating risks that may affect product success.
- Identify dependencies across Supply Chain processes, data, integrations, systems and delivery teams.
- Maintain visibility of assumptions, constraints, issues and decisions affecting requirements or product outcomes.
- Support change-impact analysis and contribute to adoption and business-readiness activities.
- Escalate unresolved requirement, data or stakeholder issues through the appropriate governance channels.
7. Product performance and continuous improvement:- Analyse product effectiveness, usage, adoption, user satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend actions to enhance product value, usability, effectiveness and profitability.
- Actively seek feedback from stakeholders, team members and end users.
- Convert feedback and performance insights into actionable backlog items and improvement proposals.
- Support post-release reviews and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future product iterations.
