Technical and Professional Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

- 15+ years of overall experience, with strong exposure to delivery leadership roles

- Hands-on experience with PLM platforms, Teamcenter is mandatory

- Proven track record in PLM implementations, support, or large engineering programs

- Prior experience managing portfolio programs and large revenue accounts

- Strong customer management, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills

- Ability to operate independently at a senior leadership level

Location & Work Model: It can be any location in India where we have DC, but Bangalore or Pune preferred

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do?

- Own end-to-end delivery for a PLM portfolio centered on Teamcenter

- Manage a portfolio of 6-10 clients with revenue responsibility of USD 3-5M per quarter

- Lead and mentor large delivery teams (50+ members)

- Act as the primary customer interface, managing senior client stakeholders

- Drive delivery governance, account health, financials, and risk management

- Ensure high-quality execution across PLM implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and AMS

- Partner with internal sales and leadership for account growth and strategic initiatives
