Responsibilities:

- Supports end to end customer success across IT consulting and implementation in software engineering automation.

- Works with consultants and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood, consulting outcomes are actionable, and implementations using tools, platforms,

- Generative AI, and Agentic AI progress as planned.

- Tracks adoption and outcomes, flags risks to value realization, and helps capture success stories and lessons learned for wider organizational reuse and impact.
